  • Products paid for entirely using gift cards or discount codes are non-returnable. These purchases are considered final and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Exchanges:

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges for products unless the item is defective or incorrect. If you wish to exchange an item for any other reason, you will need to follow the return process and place a new order separately.

Refund Process:

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed as store credits or as per your preference, where applicable.

Return Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs will be borne by Bloome for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

International Returns:

Currently, we do not accept returns from international locations as we only ship within pakistan.
